LA MAITRISE DE SOI         Etre dans l’épreuve de l’impossibilité de se maitriser, se mettre constamment dans la position de défense contre les intempéries de la vie, crée une situation psychologique précaire et nous introduit d’emblée dans le sentiment de l’insécurité, dans l’impression d’être un observateur déconnecté des événements qui se déroulent Un sentiment d’emprisonnement nous imprègne et nous craquons sous la menace de la défaillance . Alors, comment retrouver la maitrise de soi et le contrôle de toutes les manifestations des difficultés de la vie ? Evidemment, de la nature des choses est qu’elles résistent au changement et nous nous trouvons dans l’incapacité  d’apprivoiser les situations .Nous  risquons de perdre notre jouissance et notre sagesse en essayant de forcer ce qui va à l’encontre de nos désirs.
